CBCFC’s senior fitness program, “Fun Fitness”, is offered for FREE on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 10:30. These classes are "No-impact, flexibility-focused exercise while seated in and/or standing with chair—designed especially for senior adults & those with physical limitations.”
